Notes on returns
Please read before using
We will only accept returns for reasons of customer convenience if you apply within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
If the product has been resized or altered
If scratches or damage have occurred due to customer’s fault
If the product has been used
If you have not contacted us within 7 days of receiving the product
If 9 days have passed since the product arrived
If the product you received is different from the one you purchased
If the product was purchased with a shopping credit card payment
If the security tag (gold paper tag) has been removed from the product
If all accessories (guarantee/storage bag, etc.) are not included in the product
*Products purchased on our Yahoo! Auctions are not eligible for return.
*If the product is returned in a dirty box or bag, it may be damaged or stained, and we may not be able to accept the return.
*We may refuse returns for other reasons (repeated returns, etc.) at our discretion.
Refund procedure
If payment is made by credit card, the order will be cancelled.
Depending on the closing date of your card, the charge may be withdrawn once, but in that case, it will be offset the following month.
In the case of bank transfer or cash on delivery, the product price minus our transfer fee will be refunded to your bank account.
Other points to note
In case of return or exchange due to incorrect product or defective product
We take every precaution regarding the quality and delivery method of our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a “wrong product”, “wrong quantity”, or “defective product”, please contact us within one week. We will exchange it immediately.
However, please note that some products may differ slightly in color from the photo.
In some cases, we may not be able to exchange the product due to out-of-stock items. In that case, we will respond with a return or free repair. Thank you for your understanding.
However, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
If you use the product knowing that it is incorrect or defective
If damage or scratches are caused by your own fault
If more than one week has passed without any contact
If the product is defective, please contact us in advance by phone or email and return the product and all accessories (case, manufacturer’s warranty, tag, etc.), product invoice, etc., by cash on delivery. (Refunds cannot be made if any items are missing.)
